Jeff Munroe, Vice President of US Sales
Jeff Munroe has joined GXT Green as Vice President of US Sales and will be leading our expansion in the U.S. Jeff brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to our company with over 39 years in management, consumer products, facilities sales, training, leadership and category management. Most recently he was VP of US Sales for Acosta who lead the strategy in Alternative Channel development and execution for the US.Prior to Acosta, Jeff was National Field Sales Director at Staples where he led their national sales strategy and developed business relationships with several of the top Fortune 100 and 500 companies across the United States.
Jeff has held several roles with increasing responsibility at Georgia Pacific as Senior Regional Manager and a member of the Koch President’s Center of Excellence Team for channel development, training, strategy, innovation and product development. Jeff resides in Beverly, Massachusetts with his wife Allison. Jeff enjoys family, boating and coaching sports. He is a graduate of the University of Maine.
Stephen Beach, Director of Sales
Stephen brings over 15 years of experience to GXT Green as the Director of Sales for the Automotive Channel. Within the industry, he is known as a forward thinker, possessing creative problem solving skills and excellent talents using his interpersonal and communication gifts that result in a consistent record of over achieving clients’ expectations and driving exceptional revenue results. Over the years, Stephen has built a following at CARFAX as a Regional Manager, consulting on merchandizing value adds, while as the Regional Sales Consultant for Izmocars promoting web search engine optimization and marketing and creating a solid foundation for promotion and remarketing efforts through Cox Enterprises’ Autotrader.com as an Advertising Consultant.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Nasson College in Springvale, Maine.
Jim Rochford, Sales Consultant
Jim has worked for over 40 years in the Foodservice Industry managing multi channels; Retail Private Label, Club Stores, Foodservice and Paper Distribution, as well as Office Super Stores.
Prior to Joining GXT Green, Jim was the Vice President and General Manager of the Dixie Foodservice Business at Georgia Pacific. He held a leadership position at Soundview Paper, a Company of Atlas Holdings. At Soundview Jim oversaw the development of the Commercial and Private Label Business.
Jim is a former Chairman of the Food Packaging Institute. He holds a MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Marketing from Christian Brothers University.
Peter McCann, Director of Sales
Peter brings over 25 years of sales experience to GXT Green. During his career, he launched the Property and Casualty division at one of New England’s top Insurance Brokerage while building a successful sales force which realized unprecedented growth and the opened several new markets. Additionally, Peter formed a national Insurance Brokerage Firm. He was responsible for overseeing the implementation of an innovative website which dramatically increased sales by 300% while doubling his own production. He developed an affinity group business plan while holding appointments with over 40 insurance carriers. Peter obtained his undergraduate degree from Bentley College (BA in Business Management) and continued education at Harvard University’s extensions school where he was awarded the graduate certificate of special studies in Business Administration and Management with a concentration on Managing and Implementation of Organizational Change.
Michael Kaye, Director of Sales - Key Accounts
Michael brings more than 20 years of hands-on business experience to GXT Green in starting, developing and growing new businesses and divisions. He has worked with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, NFL Properties, General Motors and McDonald’s Corp. His accomplishments have been recognized by the Governor of Massachusetts, receiving the Governor’s Citation Award in 2008 and 2011, for his outstanding service to the business community. He has received the Incentive Showcase Award from the National Premium Sales Executives for his marketing program with The National Football League, Nabisco and The Super Bowl. As President of The Business Coach, he has doubled the size of several companies, turned around companies that were on the verge of closing and helped create hundreds of jobs.
Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business, M.S. level studies at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University with a major in Finance /Accounting.
Joseph W. Morris, Representative
Joe Morris has over 35 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the plastics and paper industry, including PET containers, composite fiber containers, plastic bags, and glass containers.
His experience includes serving as General Manager of Icon Plastic Containers as well as Vice President of National Account Sales for the parent company (The Indian Head Glass Group). He has served in several capacities for Sonoco Products Company including the start-up of their High Density Film Product Division (plastic grocery bags) and worked as a Consultant for The Sealed Air Corporation and Rocheau International (a major Distributor for the Formosa Group). Currently he heads Packaging Systems International, Inc., a packaging brokerage company serving the Plastic Bag Industry in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
Mr. Morris holds patents on plastic bag dispensing devices and has assisted in the design, development and market introduction of several bagging systems.
Joe holds a BS Degree from Lander University, with post-graduate work at The University of South Carolina.
Wanda Reindorf: Representative
Wanda Reindorf is an experienced executive with a15-year focus on clean tech, energy efficiency, green products, renewable energy and smart grid. She was involved in developing early solar power plants.
Ms. Reindorf is on the Advisory Board of the Center for Sustainable Enterprise and Regional Competiveness, has been appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to the Workforce Investment Board representing the Clean Energy sector and received the Clean Energy Leadership Award by the New England Clean Energy Council.
Wanda was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Conservation Services Group. Other prior experience includes Strategy and Operations Consulting Services in New York, Europe, and Latin America. She is currently a board member and advisor to several clean tech companies.
Ms. Reindorf has an MBA from Yale University, School of Management and a BA, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a CPA license, is fluent in several languages and is a licensed pilot.
